Who Are the Extremists?

Extremists are those who, unilaterally and in abrogation of the lawful order which God has ordained for His Holy Orthodox Church, have taken upon themselves the right to judge the world's Orthodox Churches to be "graceless" and "false" prior to the decisions of an Oecumenical Synod of the universal Orthodox Church.
